How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who contact Stilldc Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Stilldc Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Stilldc Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@stilldc.property. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle it, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
